Ya llegará el momento en que nos cobren por respirar, o como dicen por ahí por tener ojos y poder visionar (sin querer) la obra de algún artista.

Como yo si que quiero pagar un CANON a PUMARES, te he puesto en mi blog, a ver si así tienes muchas visitas y te suben el sueldo que te lo mereces.

Simplemente genial Carlos, solo recalcar una cosa, la diferencia ahora entre el canon analógico y el digital, es que en el digital puedes utilizar los cds, dvds etc para cosas que no tienen nada que ver con los autores, como por ejemplo, descargar de internet un sistema operativo libre y grabarlo en sus dvds... acabo de descubrir su blog, saludos cordiales desde Palma de Mallorca.

eres genial Carlos,a mi me tiene frito esto del canon,porque yo estropeo un monton de cd-dvd haciendo inventitos con edicion de imagen y video( es mi unico entretenimiento). ¿Quien me devuelve el canon?,creo que al final el canon incita a que la gente descargue aun mas obras de autores,"ya que me hacen pagar pues descargo todo lo que pueda",es como si pusieran impuesto sobre consumo de drogas,"oiga que yo no me drogo"," si pero hay mucha gente que si".

Simplemente, una de las cosas más cuerdas que he oído sobre el canon. "Que el dinero vaya a Aute, a los cantantes,...que son los que pierden"...Pues desgraciadamente, irá a parar según quieran esa minúscula cúpula con derecho a voto en la SGAE que se reparta...

Cintas de audio y vhs son soportes multimedia, con un uso limitado al de su función.

Los cd, dvd, discos duros, etc, son soportes digitales, donde su función es guardar información digital, que puede ser música o vídeo pero no exclusivamente. De hecho no es su función primaria, ya que hasta que los equipos informáticos no tuvieron potencia suficiente no pudieron reproducir, primero música y posteriormente vídeo. Pero ya antes se usaban para documentos imágenes, programas , etc.

De todas formas, esto ya no es una guerra de soportes, es un conficto de paradigmas de negocio. En poco cada vez los soportes se usaran menos. Algo que el canon esta acelerando, al incrementar el coste de almacenamiento.

Qué grande eres Pumares, estoy de acuerdo en todo lo que dices, habría que exigirles más a estos de las SGAE. A pesar de estar de acuerdo contigo, estudio derecho y el otro día me dio por leer la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual y descubrí que el canon se paga por las copias privadas que hacemos, y según esta ley, las copias privadas son las que se hacen a partir de una fuente legal, así que las descargas de Internet, como son ilegales porque se han distribuido sin autorización, no son copias privadas y por lo tanto no sirven para pagar el canon. No sé si me explico.

Buena reflexión, ahondemos un poco más.

El canon se cobra por el posible uso de un soporte para realizar una copia privada de nuestra música favorita.Para poder tener nuestra copia de seguridad o escucharlo en nuestro MP3.

Ese es el origen del canon. No por bajarse música, peliculas de forma ílicita con programas P2P.

¿Se nos cobra el canon digital por el posible uso ilícito de ese soporte (CD,DVD,Disco Duro, MP3)? Entonces al ser indiscriminado, ¿si pago el canón, puedo piratear todo lo que quiera?

Un servidor el único canon que conoce era un médico que hacia televisión, y por cierto que cuando vino a mi pueblo se tiró el cacho cabrón a todas las mozas que se le pusieron a tiro, y encima el muy mamón se fue sin pagar la entrada, y me quitó la linterna.

Igual que teneis dinero para pegaros esas comilonas del ocho , fiestas incluidas, viajes ...lo teneis para comprar, alquilar,o pedir prestado cualquier película,serie,libro,cd.

Muchos puestos de trabajo van en ellos de personas dependientes de videoclubs, de tiendas, de lo que sea...

Si le parece bien mi comentario....tengo la serie completa COMPPRADA en España ( con perdon) donde? pues en Canarias. A veces me pregunto porque Franco dio el golpe de Estado desde LAs Palmas. Tiene alguna opinion?

Vamos, que si le presto unos discos o libros a mis tías (a las que quiero mucho) encima voy a tener que cobrarles un alquiler. El que das asco eres tu y la clase de gente como tu que va de legal pero que es el primero que mete mano cuando alguien tira un ladrillo a un escaparate de un supermercado. O quizás seas como esos que me vendían discos carísimos en los 80 (todos como el vendedor de comic de los simpsons) que casi se me reían en la cara cuando ese disco nunca venía o me pedían 4000 pelas por alguna rareza que casi siempre resultaba ser un disco pirata grabado con casete en un concierto. Y a ellos les daba igual que lo editase la EMI o un amigo suyo con una casete de doble pletina.

Yo no he robado en mi vida tío...

Robar es ilegal y punto, y sí, he comprado sólo una vez, para probar esas basuras de screeners que venden en los top manta, o esos dvd rips que se facilitan por ciertas páginas...EL RESULTADO es que joden los lectores de los DVD esto, para los que no lo sepan, tengo 3 DVD estropeados por eso.

Segundo si le prestas algo a tus tías ( a las que tanto quieres ) no tienes porqué cobrarles nada.

Si te miraban con caras raras cuando pedías cosas, haber cambiado de tienda, eso a mi también me paso, y sinceramente me suda la P.LL.

El tema es que hay que pagar a las personas por sus servicios prestados, lo mismo se aplica a la compra del pan, o lo que sea, quizás tu ( hipotéticamente )te dediques a hacer "simpas" cuando vas a bares.

MANIFIESTO POR LA REFORMA DE LA ACTUAL LEY ELECTORAL

Un cada vez más extenso grupo de ciudadanos considera una urgente necesidad democrática reformar la actual Ley Electoral.

No es de justicia que a Izquierda Unida le cueste cada escaño 481.520 votos y a UPyD 303.535 votos mientras que al PNV le cuesta solamente 50.541, a Nafarroa Bai 62.073, al PSOE 65.470 y al PP 66.470 votos.

No es justo que IU, tercera fuerza política en número de votos tenga 2 escaños y CIU con 200.000 votos menos obtenga 10 diputados.

No es justo que UPyD, quinta fuerza política en número de votos alcance únicamente 1 asiento en el Parlamento y el PNV también con menos votos consiga 6 escaños.

Este sistema adultera la voluntad de los ciudadanos emitida en las urnas, escamotea la representatividad y proporcionalidad de un sistema multipartidista como el español y burla el deseo de gran parte de los votantes que observan como su voto no vale nada en virtud de una Ley Electoral caduca.

Por tanto:

Exigimos a las dos grandes formaciones políticas españolas una profunda reflexión sobre el tema desvinculada de sus intereses partidistas, coyunturales y electorales.

Reclamamos que escuchen las voces que se alzan en la sociedad representando a una mayoría deseosa de un cambio que permita que el voto de todos los ciudadanos tenga el mismo valor.

Demandamos una reforma de la actual Ley Electoral, por injusta y alejada del principio "Un ciudadano, un voto".

Ibarra propone eliminar por ley a los partidos nacionalistas del Congreso

Solicita que sólo saque escaño la lista electoral que logre superar el 5% del voto de toda España El PSC anuncia su oposición a la medida del presidente extremeño, que califica de "imposible"

El presidente de Extremadura, Juan Carlos Rodríguez Ibarra (PSOE), quiere llevar adelante una vieja idea suya: eliminar del Congreso de los Diputados la representación nacionalista, que ayer definió como una "pesadilla". Para lograrlo, plantea una reforma de la ley del régimen electoral general que eleve el número de votos necesarios para obtener un diputado hasta el 5% de los sufragios de toda España. El líder del PSOE extremeño llevará su propuesta en forma de enmienda a la conferencia política que el PSOE celebrará el próximo fin de semana, y que dará el visto bueno al programa electoral socialista para las generales.

El PSC, por boca de su portavoz, Miquel Iceta, salió rápidamente al paso de la propuesta extremeña. Iceta consideró "imposible" que la idea de Ibarra recabe el apoyo de la mayoría del PSOE y advirtió al presidente extremeño de que "mutilar" la presencia nacionalista en el Congreso no ayuda a la cohesión interterritorial que propugna el programa socialista. El voto en contra del PSC a la enmienda del extremeño está, pues, asegurado.

SOLO CiU SE APROXIMA Ibarra quiere que sólo los partidos que tengan más de un 5% de votos del total español lleguen al Congreso, lo que en la práctica significaría eliminar la presencia nacionalista de la Cámara baja, ya que ninguna formación de esta ideología alcanza ese porcentaje de votos.

Hoy por hoy, sólo CiU se aproxima al ratio que exige Ibarra, con un 4,25% de los sufragios estatales. En la actualidad, la ley electoral fija en un "3% de los votos válidos de la circunscripción (la provincia)" el mínimo exigido para obtener escaño.

De prosperar la idea del líder socialista extremeño, los partidos nacionalistas sólo tendrían representación en un nuevo Senado, que se convertiría en la Cámara de representación territorial, tal como plantea ya el borrador de programa electoral socialista. "Si somos capaces de que estos señores sólo tengan representación territorial dentro del Senado, para que no especulen con sus votos, dentro de 10 años los nacionalismos no tendrán cabida ya", aventuró Ibarra. El presidente extremeño opina que se habla "demasiado del tripartito catalán" y muy poco de "los problemas de los españoles".

LA PRIMERA BAJA La vicerrectora de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, María Jesús Sansegundo, ya no será la número dos de la lista electoral que encabezará José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero. La comisión de listas decidió ayer el nombre de la mujer que ocupará ese puesto, que se hará publico hoy, 24 horas antes de que el comité federal apruebe las candidaturas socialistas.

en algunas cosas estoy de acuerdo con pumares, y es que el canon digital quiza sea un agravante mas que una ayuda si es que quiero suponer que las buenas intenciones de la sociedad general de autores es proteger a sus clientes, pero me temo que no va a ser asi. yo creo que todos tenemos claro que siempre ha habido copias ilegales, desde la mi epoca de las cintas hasta las mas recientes del dvd y de las futuras que vendran con el blue ray. quiza una parte de la culpa la tengan las compañias que son quienes primero sacan el reproductor para que lo compremos y luego el aparato que graba. si ya se que dicen que son para grabar cosas personales hechas por nosostros y con solo el valor de nuestra creatividad pero seria my ingenuo pensar eso. el problema es que la tecnologia mejora para todos y antes al grabarse de forma solo analogica y no aguantar el uso y el paso del tiempo no era tan peligroso como ocurrio posteriormente con el cd o dvd y su grabacion casi identica de calidad. entonces la industria se vio en peligro y claro toma su medidas. esto se vera mas agrabado con las grabaciones en alta definicion y la aparicion del mentado blue-ray. en fin yo me pregunto si se instaura el canon y ya pago por adelantado, supuestamente porque voy a hacer una copia ilegal, entonces ya podre hacerlas o bajar lo que quiera pues ya lo he pagado no? o acaso tendre que pagar de nuevo? aunque parece de dificil solucion, me gustaria pensar que este mundo es justo y que se protegen los derechos de los artistas lo que pasa es que parece qeu tenemos divisiones como en el futbol, donde en primer lugar estarian el cine y la musica y luego todo lo demas. quiza se pierdan muchos puestos de trabajo como han comentado en este foro pero no seria mas justo repartir las ganancias de forma equitativa o es que los que estan en la cuspide no quiern dejar de ganar? en fin a veces me doy cuenta de que planteo utopias.

Carlos , tienes que plantearte hacer una lista de las mejores películas de la historia para los que no pudimos ver ciertas películas , por edad por falta de información o por cualquier otro motivo ,

básicamente para que no mueran el olvido y podamos disfrutarlas si tenemos ocasión o forma de conseguirlas (en un futuro seguro que toda la filmografía estará disponible de una u otra forma) , ya que solo tu tienes memoria y conocimientos sobre el cine (especialmente sobre el clásico) como para hacerla .

Yo un tema que añoro puede ser el plagio en las BSO entre compositores, Pumares ya hizo varias

pruebas de ello con BSO plagiadas, en su programa de radio, recuerdo una en la que puso dos pistas una la de Horner de ALIENS y otra la clásica de Aram Cachaturiam, joder eran iguales.

Me hace gracia leerte querido Uno Mas, porque Horner nunca plagió nada a nadie, es más

la banda sonora de “aliens” la pieza de la que hablas es la conocida Gayaneh, que

también utiliza Kubrick en 2001, aquí el problema es el siguiente, y es que Horner olvidó mencionar en los títulos de crédito a Khachaturian por lo que siempre se le ha tenido

por plagio, pero no es así, es un gran compositor, dado de cuando entonces pumares lo destapó, por allá por mediados de los 80 no deja de ser un mérito, aun cuando entonces no existía el internet ni nada que se le pareciese.

Estoy de acuerdo en casi todo. Me pregunto... tenemos que pagar más por algo que ya se supone que es ilegal? Se supone que al pagar ese porcentaje se convierte en legal? No subieron ya el precio de los cd's hace 4 años por el mismo motivo?

Me da la sensacion de que al final es lo de siempre y nos dan gato por rinoceronte :(

Si me cobran un canon por ser sospechoso de bajarme algo que me guste desde luego que no va a ser de toda esa panda de ñoñas llorones de la nueva hornada de famosetes de turno como los de OT, Alejandro Sanz, Alex (Lumbago), y toda la peste empalagosa que abunda en las radio formulas españolas...!Que espanto! Como de la peste huyo ante esa gentuza, como los advenedizos de OT que nos pretenden dar lecciones de moralidad cuando crecen a costa de plagiar a otros autores y ahora se erigen en paladines de la autoría, ¡Vamos hombre! ...no me toques los cojones. Toda esta camarilla´están a la cabeza de las SGAE...cuando en España hay grupos cojonudos, que se pierden en el ostracismo.Mayormente me gusta la musica anglosajona pero hay grupos españoles muy buenos como p.ej. LOVE OF LESBIAN que en el 2007 han hecho un disco pletórico ,La habitación Roja,Standstill ,Unfinished sympathy,Catpeople,Zoo, y muchos mas y sin embargo ¡Hala! a meternos a cucharadas a los empalagosos....Puajjj, estaros tranquilos que no os voy a "robar" nada...la mierda no me interesa. Ah! si nos cobran canon por cd's grabables me deberían hacer descuentos considerables por comprar dvd's y cd's originales( de una peli que me guste,de un grupo como los Type O Negative o Dead Can Dance,etc. Bandas Sonoras,etc.),que lo hago por cierto, como tambien me bajo musica, pues es una delicia puesta a mi alcance...benditos adelantos.Ciao!
